Without professional photography I do not undertake preparation

No apartment ad should be published without professional photos! Even those that have not been ‘home staged’. This is something you should never think of as a waste of money. A professional photographer with a wide-angle lens, without turning on the lights, can take pictures from a good angle that best reproduce what the human eye sees. A good photographer can see the connections between spaces, can work with natural light in any lighting conditions. And eventually, these images will be so beautiful and inviting that people will click on your ad, and not on the one of the person selling the chair leg with the mop bucket and/or the drying clothes.

If you don’t have your property photographed by a professional photographer, all your hard work will be wasted, because despite all the energy, time and money you put into preparing it, it will not be well presented, it will not be visible to your buyer or tenant, and they will not find you.

What a good photo does to our property is best illustrated by the apartment for rent in Újlipótváros. The before pictures were taken with a not too bad phone (Huawei P30 Pro). I should add that I am not a photographer by any means. You could take much better pictures with this phone and post-production, but my experience is that mobile photography only really works in the hands of a professional photographer. This excellent apartment has not been sold for 4 months. After moving some furniture, decorating and advertising with professional photos, we had a new tenant within two hours. The only real problem with this apartment was that its potential was not well demonstrated.
