There is no impossible, only incapable

What can you do if one of the rooms in your beautifully renovated bourgeois home overlooks a pigeon-holing, relatively spacious but not very bright aeraway? How to make the view more cosy and welcoming?

First, the tarred roof was cleaned and covered with artificial grass.
Then we painted the walls white all around (as much as we could) to reflect the light. It makes a big difference!
The old gutter was replaced – we tried the craft of tinsmithing.
We added natural white LED lighting around the outer window frame to give the bedroom a bit of a sunny feel.

But all this was just not enough. Unfortunately, the pigeons on the roof had spotted our masterpiece, so further action was needed. We found an highscaler who fitted spikes to the gutters on the roof and plugged the gaps in the wall so that the pigeons could no longer perch above the aeraway. Everything went well! The next day we went back to check the field and found not a single pigeon dropping! Thanks to alpinist Noémi Jellinek! She was the hero of the day. Check out the action and call me if you’re looking for a real estate professional to solve impossible situations! My team and I can do anything!
